I usually don't write reviews about anything I'm the kind of person who likes to thank you personally but today I decided to. I bought my car 2 years ago at Toyota dealership in Haines city . The second time I went back as a walk in for service on my car i met Joseph Medina he walked me through everything from my oil change and tire rotation etc.through the process he kept me informed of any issues and prices. He was very friendly and professional .since that day I go back for service on my car about every 3 months he's always been the person I go too he is an incredible person I can always count on him when I need to get in quickly and short notice. My husband and I have had great experiences at this Toyota, specifically with Felecia in the service department. (We drive all the way from Lakeland to work with her!) Felecia always takes the time to hear our concerns, she is always prompt in communicating with us throughout the services and even shows us photos of things needed for our cars as she recommends them.
