I usually don't write reviews about anything I'm the kind of person who likes to thank you personally but today I decided to. I bought my car 2 years ago at Toyota dealership in Haines city . The second time I went back as a walk in for service on my car i met Joseph Medina he walked me through everything from my oil change and tire rotation etc.through the process he kept me informed of any issues and prices. He was very friendly and professional .since that day I go back for service on my car about every 3 months he's always been the person I go too he is an incredible person I can always count on him when I need to get in quickly and short notice. If anyone needs to service their vehicles please don't hesitate to call Joseph Medina you won't be disappointed i guaranty you.

**update** Kelvin was great. He was very patient and helped me the decision on my second visit. He kept me updated when the car would be there and I was able to test drive it. I’m updating to 4 stars from 2 only because of Kelvin did wonderful. Yet the manager I talked on the first visit ignored me on the second visit. It was very rude. He was wearing black jacket. I did not get the name because he didn’t introduce himself. I understand they have to make a sale but they were very pushy. ———————————————————— Phone call experience - 0 Star. In person dealership - 2 Star. After I made inquiry on the website, they texted me that we can discuss trade-in and numbers through phone call so I set up the appointment to get a phone call, but no one called me on the day of the appointment. Next day they texted and emailed me said “how was your appointment yesterday day?” I replied that no one contacted me so we set up another appointment on the next week. The day came again and guess what, no one called me. So this time, I called them. Then they put me on 6 different people but no one knew about my appointment and they told me whoever set up the appointment was not be there another 2 hours. But the last person I talked to was actually very professional and explained me that the dealership doesn’t do trade in or giving number over the phone. So I set up in-store appointment for the following week. By the way this 1 person hang up on me during the conversation so I had to call again. I wasted 10 days waiting for a non-sense call. The following week (today) I went to the dealership in-person just to look and test drive vehicles as well as the locked in trade-in price. Here’s what happened. 1- They did not have the car I wanted to look even though I stated the model on the first inquiry. I had a second choice so I was able to drive that car. 2- I was looking into a hybrid car but they did not have a hybrid make of the model I liked anymore. 3- They did not have the color I wanted in the inventory at all. And Toyota doesn’t do factory order. Also they didn’t want to tell me the price of the cars until I decided which exact car I want from their inventory. I just wanted to have the idea of the price between this 2 vehicles (2026 RAV4 hybrid and 2025 RAV4) not to sign any contract today. They gave me a pretty good financing price on 2025 RAV4 (which they did not have in inventory today so I cannot text drive and kept telling me that car would be in tomorrow). I kept asking I wanted to compare the price difference in between 2 but the sales person tried to talk over me and ignored my request. I do not understand why they were so not happy about talking about 2 different cars as my options. They sort of locked me in 2025 RAV4 which is non hybrid and I didn’t even get to test drive that car. And I was looking to get the pricing for hybrid car and pros and cons between gas and hybrid car, but these salespersons were unfortunately not knowing about the feature of the cars and only care about talking about money more than getting me the actual vehicle I wanted. They gave me a great deal but no explanation of the car itself. I liked 2025 RAV4 but it is not the color I wanted and it’s was gas vehicle. Also they didn’t have it in their inventory today so I couldn’t drive it. For those reasons I wasn’t comfortable decide today but the salespersons kept telling me to make my mind and pushing me to agreeing to buy the car today. What they were saying was if I don’t make a deal today or put deposit on that car to hold, I wouldn’t get the price they gave me. They pushed me to purchase the car which was not even in there and not explaining what kind of accessories and features were included. It involved 3 salespersons. I managed to walk out without spending any money today but it took more than 3 hours. And as I left, the manager didn’t thank me and just staring at me as if I did something bad. Oh and they made me fill this paper to run credit check so I cannot really look for another financing options without affecting my credit score.
