My mom Lillia recently visited Miracle Toyota for her 2015 Lexus IS250. Her mechanic was Paul Rodney. Normally, you do not get the opportunity to speak to the mechanic that works on your vehicle, but since her vehicle is a new vehicle to her, Paul took the time to explain some of the features of the vehicle that was causing her confusion. His thoughtfulness meant a lot to her and my sister. He was very gracious with his time. You don’t find many mechanics like him and she is very grateful that he was the one chosen to wok on her vehicle that day. Thank you so much Paul Rodney!!!

I took my Rav4 XLE yesterday to check some stuff and I’m very happy that Kabil was my service advisor. He was very helpful and honest about everything, and was not trying to upsell me about things that I don’t need. He took me inside the machine shop to fully understand what’s going on with my car and was very willing to answer every single question I have. Kudos to Kabil, I hope he gets the praise he deserves.

They did a good job on changing the transmission fluid and filter and Felicia was very helpful.......however when job was completed they make recommendations that in and of itself is good however they started by telling me I needed to replace the wipers front and back I just put brand new rainex wipers 2 days before going there there beef was it was streaking on the driver's side.....there was a pine needle under the wiper blade that makes a streak remove problem solved .....hope they did everything with the transmission ok
