They did a good job on changing the transmission fluid and filter and Felicia was very helpful.......however when job was completed they make recommendations that in and of itself is good however they started by telling me I needed to replace the wipers front and back I just put brand new rainex wipers 2 days before going there there beef was it was streaking on the driver's side.....there was a pine needle under the wiper blade that makes a streak remove problem solved .....hope they did everything with the transmission ok
